- Not impersonate any person or entity
- Not upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Not use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access the Service

8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SkillTunity, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SkillTunity and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
11. Modifications to Terms

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in our operating jurisdiction.
